Celebrating, capturing and telling love stories are my weakness. Talisha and Luke’s charming Adelaide wedding was no exception.
The morning of the big day
Emotions and laughter run high as the bridal party prepares for the day ahead. The effervescent and warm bride Talisha was full of anticipation all morning. Like most grooms, Luke was nervous but excited to meet his beautiful bride at the altar.
The beautiful wedding ceremony at Carrick Hill
Talisha and Luke said their heartfelt I dos by the exquisite pleached pear arbour under beautiful blue skies at Carrick Hill.
Wedding guests were surrounded by picturesque rose gardens, terrace lawns, native bushland and incredible panoramic views. The English Manor styled mansion and tranquil grounds is an utterly romantic wedding venue not far from Adelaide. Once the setting for elegant social occasions and tennis parties, the gardens have become the perfect spot for an enchanting wedding ceremony.
The party kicks off at the charming Beaumont House
Amongst the magical olive grove, twinkling fairy lights and old stone walls the celebrations with family and friends continued at Beaumont House’s courtyard marquee. The sweeping lawns, shady trees and stunning gardens create an ideal outdoor wedding venue just outside of Adelaide.
The formalities were unexpectedly emotional and Luke made the important promise to always remove spiders from inside the house. The dancefloor went off as the celebrations carried on into the night, while the bubbly bride was spotted swigging vodka and revelling with her nearest and dearest.
Soon the cake was eaten, the bar was closed and guests began making their way home, but what remains are the memories captured in photographs for Talisha and Luke to share and cherish for years to come.
